SUGABABE: Amelle Berrabah wants to become a coach on The Voice
EX-SUGABABE Amelle Berrabah wants to become a coach on The Voice. The About You Now singer would love to get her peachy bum cheeks on one of the famous red swively chairs when the revamped singing contest moves to ITV next year.
Amelle told me: “I would be lying if I said I didn’t want to do it. “I’m a big fan of The Voice and would love to be a mentor or coach. “I think I have enough experience. I’ve been in the industry a long time. I’ve had chart success, always sung live and have a wrote a lot for myself and others.”
In fact, Celebrity Masterchef star Amelle revealed she’s built a successful secret career writing big pop hits for well known artists.
Amelle, who is currently working on solo music, added: “I have four writing alias’s, including one male name. “Ive been writing for a lot of artists, including some big names but don’t want to reveal who because the music industry can be snobby.
“People don’t want to take a song from an ex-girl group singer regardless of whether it’s good or not. “I love the fact that I have songs in the charts right now and the public or even the artists don’t know I’ve wrote it.”
