SUGABABE Heidi Range said today she won’t be hanging up her skates just yet despite being voted off Dancing On Ice.
The Liverpool star admitted she was “gutted” her time on the ITV1 show had come to an end after losing a solo skate-off against skier Chemmy Alcott.
But her time in the rink is far from over as she gets ready to join skating legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean at Liverpool’s ECHO arena in May.
She also told the ECHO she was looking forward to heading straight back to Liverpool for cups of tea and hot baths at her mum’s house.
Heidi, from Aintree, said: “I’m really going to miss it but I had to go at some point. I’ve loved every minute of doing Dancing On Ice. It’s been such a special experience.

“It’s hard to explain but everyone on the show says the same thing, it takes over your life. So I won’t know what to do with myself this week.
“I’m going to come home for a few days and chill at my mum’s for a little bit. But I’m going back this weekend to support Jen [Ellison].”
Heidi vowed to continue practising so she doesn’t disappoint her Liverpool fans who will watch her at the same venue where she performed with her Sugababes bandmates.
X Factor singer Chico and reigning Dancing on Ice champion Sam Attwater will also go on tour.

She said: “I can’t wait. It’s going to be amazing. I’m so excited the tour is coming to Liverpool, that will be the highlight for me.
“Even when I perform with the band it’s always special performing at home. The crowds up north go for it more. In London they tend to play it a bit cool.”
Heidi and her partner Andrei Lipanov danced to her band’s hit Push The Button on Sunday. The couple scored 17.5, which was the lowest of the night.
Heidi and freerunning founder Sébastien Foucan were voted off by head judge Robin Cousins after the three celebrities with the fewest public votes had to perform a solo routine comprising 23 skills.
The 28-year-old said: “The fans have been brilliant. It’s an achievement to stay in for this long when you’ve been bottom of the leaderboard.
“There was pressure because that was one of our biggest songs. Jade [Ewen] was there so I wanted to a good performance for my bandmates and for our fans.”
Heidi also joked she may have to rethink her more conservative Sugababe outfits after her costumes during the show included a red cropped top and hotpants and gold catsuit.
Dancing On Ice is in the city on May 1 and May 2.
