Sugababes filming with Katy Brand today

Katy Brand (born 13 January 1979) is an English actress, comedienne and writer known for her ITV2 series Katy Brand's Big Ass Show[1][2] and for Comedy Lab Slap on Channel 4. She is an alumnus of St. Clement Danes School where she was in the house of 'Clement'. She graduated from Oxford University, where she studied Theology.[3]

In 2008 she won "Best Female Newcomer" in the 2008 British Comedy Awards.[4] In the same year she collaborated with Katherine Parkinson on a BBC Radio 4 series called Mouth Trap.[5]

Brand is currently performing in Katy Brand's Big Ass Tour 2010[6]
