Celebrity MasterChef will return to BBC1 this month

Popular cookery show Celebrity MasterChef is set to return to our screens on Wednesday 31 July.
This year loveable judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace will be testing the culinary mettle of Les Dennis, Janet Street Porter, Katy Brand, Shappi Khorsandi, Phillips Idowu, Joe Calzaghe, Heidi Range, Shane Lynch, Denice Black, Brian Capron, John Thomson, Ade Admonson, Miranda Krestovnikoff, Matthew Hoggard, Jo Wood and Speech Debelle.
The show will air three nights a week, where the celebs will be divided into heats, battling each other to get into Friday night's quarter final.
Celebrity MasterChef returns on 31 July.

The founding members of the British pop act — who have reformed under simple new name Mutya Keisha Siobhan (MKS) — were together again to film the video for their first single, Flatline.
But 28-year-old Mutya had a rear-ly unnatural looking behind in tiny denim shorts, as her wayward buttocks hung out above her tattoo-covered legs.
The girls looked chuffed to be working together again while filming and gave each other a huge group hug when they finished.
Most of the vid was shot on the gorgeous white sand at Venice Beach, California, with the band smiling as they danced in the surf.
They later got out the deckchairs to shoot more scenes before standing with surfboards next to a famous graffiti-daubed beach wall.
Keisha looked cool in a black beret with high-topped jeans, while fair-skinned Siobhan wore a tied-up checked shirt.
The girls announced earlier this month they are to release an as-yet-unnamed new album, and Flatline will be the first single from it.
Sugababes have had a famously turbulent past and none of the three original members star in the current line-up, which is why they had to change their name.
Siobhan Donaghy, 29, left first amid rumours that she was bullied by the other two members and was replaced by former Atomic Kitten Heidi Range.
Mutya Buena followed her out of the door in 2005, being replaced by Amelle Berrabah.
And Keisha Buchanan, 28, was the last to leave in 2009, sparking speculation that she was forced out.
But she said at the time: "I'm sad to say that I am no longer a part of the Sugababes.
"Although it was not my choice to leave, it's time to enter a new chapter in my life.
"I would like to state that there were no arguments, bullying or anything of the sort that lead to this. Sometimes a breakdown in communication and lack of trust can result in many different things."

They used to one of the hottest girl groups of the 90’s.
Now, after individual attempts at establishing solo careers the three founding members of Sugababes are back with a new name and, perhaps more importantly, a brand new sound.
Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy have set aside the differences that prompted their departure from the band and reunited as Mutya Keisha Siobhan (MKS) for a new album, recorded with a string of top producers.

Lead single Flatline has already been unveiled on their official Soundcloud page, and with expectation mounting the girls are currently filming the video in LA – where they were spotted enjoying some down time on Monday.
The three pals appeared relaxed and happy as they took a leisurely stroll to Dessert at Toast in Hollywood for a bite to eat, often giggling as they chatted amongst themselves.
As temperatures soared in Southern California the trio made sure they were dressed appropriately, with Mutya, 28, opting for a pair of tight fitting denim shorts and white vest top that showed off her numerous tattoos.

Close friend Keisha, also 28, wore a fresh looking orange camisole vest with a black leather shirt – although the decision to wear chunky trainer boots was misguided given the hot weather.
Meanwhile Siobhan, 29, wore a white top with heavy fringe detailing and baby pink cropped skinny’s adorned with stars. Her look was completed by a pair of stylish orange heels.
The reformed group have been steadily building expectation all year following a canny marketing campaign via online music service, where they’ve been debuting a mixture of previews and full length tracks.

Amongst these are a remix of Phoenix single Entertainment and a teaser for forthcoming song Boys, while a series of album tracks have also been named – amongst them Lay Down in Swimming Pools, a rendering of 2012 track Swimming Pools (Drank) by rapper Kendrick Lamar.
The girls have also enlisted the help of stars including William Orbit, former All Saints singer Shaznay Lewis and writer producer Devonte Hynes – whose distinctive style has worked wonders for Solange Knowles, with whom he co-wrote and produced last year’s True EP.
While the as yet untitled debut album is expected to drop later this year, an official release date is yet to be unveiled.

Heidi Range and Les Dennis thrilled to take part in show
Liverpool comic Les Dennis and Sugababe Heidi Range today revealed the challenges of taking part in the new series of Celebrity MasterChef.
The Scouse pair are among 16 well-known faces who will appear in the show when it returns to BBC1 at the end of this month.
Les and Heidi, pictured in their MasterChef aprons for the first time, hope to follow in the footsteps of past winner Liz McClarnon.
Former Family Fortunes host Les said his Merseyside roots came in handy in the kitchen and there was one dish he could rustle up to wow – a bowl of Scouse.
The Garston-born TV star said: “I’m thrilled to be part of the Celebrity MasterChef journey.
“I’m a big fan of the show, you’ll have to tune in to see how I fare. I learned so many skills in cookery during filming.
“But of course I can already do a mean pan of Scouse.”
Aintree singer Heidi, who said her last television project Dancing On Ice proved a lifeline after she broke up with fiance Dave Berry, also signed up.
But she admitted facing the heat of the kitchen was tough despite feeling the pressure on the ice.
She said: “Taking part in MasterChef was definitely a challenge. But I loved every single minute of it and now know what to do with a spider crab!”
In order to win Heidi’s culinary creations will have to live up to fellow pop star Liz, who was the 2008 champ and Wirral chef Claire Lara who won MasterChef: The Professionals in 2010.
Presenters John Torode and Gregg Wallace will return with a fresh batch of competitors including boxer Joe Calzaghe, broadcaster Janet Street-Porter and Boyzone’s Shane Lynch.
The line-up features actors John Thomson, Denise Black, Brian Capron and comedians Ade Edmondson, Katy Brand and Shappi Khorsandi.
TV presenter Miranda Krestovnikoff, triple jumper Phillips Idowu, cricketer Matthew Hoggard, rapper Speech Debelle and Jo Wood, the ex-wife of Rolling Stone Ronnie, will also be put through their paces.

By the time I got there, MKS had already been through five hours of interviews but the girls were still happy to chat — particularly flawless English rose Donaghy, who picked my accent immediately and wanted to know more. Over the next hour or so, I found out some exciting tidbits about the new album, their Suga-history and Keisha’s plans to ride a mechanical bull. Learn 12 important facts about the realest girl band in pop history after the jump.
1. The “Flatline” video has an LA theme and will be shot, at least partly, in Venice Beach.
2. Siobhan ordered Shakshuka for lunch. It turns out she’s a foodie and raved about eating in San Sebastian.
3. The girls spent yesterday drinking sangria by the pool of their rented Hollywood Hills house.
4. They all love Sydney.
5. Their favorite Sugababes songs are “Overload” (Siobhan), “Caught In A Moment” (Keisha) and “Flatline” (Mutya).
6. When asked if there were any Suga-songs they didn’t like, Mutya volunteered “Red Dress,” while Keisha isn’t a fan of “Round Round”.
7. A new version of “Lay Down In Swimming Pools” will be on the album. Siobhan feels this song will resonate with fans of her solo work.
8. Siobhan ate a tiny chocolate muffin and fixed my camera.
9. Keisha plans to ride a mechanical bull at a bar on Sunset later this week.
10. Mutya says she had deja vu when they reunited, feeling like they had “done this all before.”
11. They are proud of their success on SoundCloud and are aware how many times their songs have been played.
12. “Flatline” will be rolled out internationally.

Look who it is! Amelle Berrabah was spotted out and about in London town in a *takes deep breath* multi-coloured, comic strip print, mesh panelled, high-necked, Rihanna-esque mini bodycon. Phew. And while we had to wrack our brains to remember who she was, the singer certainly had heads turning in this bold ensemble.
This got us wondering: what's going on with the rest of the babes? Ever since the original members, Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan, reformed as MKS the up-to-date Sugababes have pretty much fallen off the face of the earth.
We did some digging around, and guess what? The Sugababes are on an official break – although you’ve probably realised that for yourself what with them not actually releasing any new music for an absolute age.
Heidi Range who replaced original Siobhan, told Heat, "We've taken a break from the band, so we're not recording at the moment." And she claims there are no hard feeling between her and former bandmate Keisha (the last original to wave ta ta to the band).
"It's not awkward. I saw Keisha at V last summer and we chatted, so if I bump into her we will say hi," she said. However she didn't say anything about Mutya. We're guessing things are still a little tense in that camp.
But in Heidi's defence you should never go up agains Mutya because she's the ultimate hard girl and would ultimately become the nemesis who takes you down. Agreed?
