Mutya Keisha Siobhan say no new album just yet, but it will sound like Sugababes - Holy Moly

Keisha - get back to work!Keisha - get back to work!
Dear Mutya Keisha and Siobhan, get the fuck on with it
Thu, 11/10/2012 - 12:30 by Tim Chipping

Well this is dragging on a bit now. Given how long it took for Keisha, Mutya and Siobhan to announce they’d got back together (even though we told you they had, literally years ago) we’d have expected a new album by now. But no. According to Keisha we’re still some way off that. FFS.
In a quick chat with Look Magazine, Ms. Buchanan said:

“You will definitely have music this side of 2013. Maybe not the album but at least some tracks.”

Well that doesn’t sound vague and subject to change at all.
There are only about 50 days left of non-Christmas related music opportunities left. Get a move on!

And in another classic Keisha quote, she promised: “The new music will be so different, it's going to be - dare I say it - quite Sugababes-ish.”

So, “the same” then?

We’ve just been looking through some old interviews we did with the Babes. They are brilliant. Here’s our favourite bit:

Holy Moly: War: what is it good for?

Mutya: “I believe war is a devastation. It kills innocent people. Only if war could be the same way it used to be where they used to fight with long knives, years ago, or canons... literally in a park or across the road from each other. If it was like that I don't think people would die so easily.”

Profound.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month Is Here

Breast Cancer Awareness Month Is Here

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is here and this year Breast Cancer Campaign are calling on you to not just join in, but take Action. Sitting at the forefront of research into the causes and treatments for breast cancer, we need you to help us turn this month into Breast Cancer Action Month:
  • wear it pink on 26th October – get out those pink feather boas and sparkly cowboy hats! With over £22million raised in ten years, we want this to be the biggest year yet so grab your work colleagues, school friends or flatmates and become pink superheroes for a day.
  • Paint The Town Pink – just wearing it pink not ambitious enough for you? Can’t possibly have too much pink? Cover your whole town with it for Breast Cancer Campaign and see if you can match the Isle of Wight, York and Reading.
  • Don’t worry if you’ve not quite got the time or energy for the entire town though, because you can also join in the Action with just your little pinkie finger. Teaming up with nails inc, we have a huge number of pink pinkies on our pinterest boardalready. Get your bottle, add your photo and tell all your friends why you have a pink pinkie.
  • Although we like to think everyone loves pink as much as we do, there are plenty offundraising challenges which don’t require a pink theme and we’d love you to join one of them. Our fundraising team will be with you the whole way with support and advice to get the most from your walk, trek, skydive or your own event.
Of course, all of this awareness raising has a very important reason behind it – we want everyone to be breast aware. To catch cancer in time. Learn the early signs and symptoms and take time each month to be breast aware. We need everyone talking about this important issue. Telling friends and family and being PART OF THE CURE

There was a little joke in there, because boobs are very close to our hearts both physically and emotionally here at 3am - and October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.
We love a good rack in all their glorious, shapes and sizes and we spend a large amount of time showing you pictures of the ones belonging to celebrities, in a slightly pervy way.
But this month it’s time to get serious about our favourite play things because the good people at Breast Cancer Campaign want to do all they can to raise awareness of the disease. But that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun with it.
The month has already kicked off with TOWIE’s Sam Faiers being named as the face of the Wear It Pink campaign, which asks everyone in the entire world (bit of an exaggeration, but it would be nice) to adorn their lovely self in something pink on October 26 to help raise money and awareness.

October 1 also was also the launch party at the very high in the sky Vertigo in London, where guests, including DJ Sophie Ellis Bextor and her husband Richard Jones of The Feeling, watched as famous London landmarks such as Buckingham Palace and the BT Tower were lit up pink.
