You may have noticed 3am has changed colour from purple to pink and it’s all for a cause very close to our hearts

There was a little joke in there, because boobs are very close to our hearts both physically and emotionally here at 3am - and October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.
We love a good rack in all their glorious, shapes and sizes and we spend a large amount of time showing you pictures of the ones belonging to celebrities, in a slightly pervy way.
But this month it’s time to get serious about our favourite play things because the good people at Breast Cancer Campaign want to do all they can to raise awareness of the disease. But that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun with it.
The month has already kicked off with TOWIE’s Sam Faiers being named as the face of the Wear It Pink campaign, which asks everyone in the entire world (bit of an exaggeration, but it would be nice) to adorn their lovely self in something pink on October 26 to help raise money and awareness.

October 1 also was also the launch party at the very high in the sky Vertigo in London, where guests, including DJ Sophie Ellis Bextor and her husband Richard Jones of The Feeling, watched as famous London landmarks such as Buckingham Palace and the BT Tower were lit up pink.
