This is what is going on on Channel 4 right now!
We've got Alex Brooker, Heidi Range, Martin Trenaman and Eliza Doolittle joining us today. Rebecca is with us twice with gourmet burgers and Riesling wine, and we have rockpool creatures too.
We're cooking Gruyere filled courgettes, crab and leek lasagne, duck salad, and gooseberry and elderflower posset.

The original Sugababes are in LA filming the video for their comeback track.
It’s the reunion that nobody thought would ever happen, then it was announced and then nothing. But now, the Mutya Keisha Siobhan comeback is well underway, as the girls have released a video for their kind-of-debut single Flatline.The former Sugababes have been posting pics of themselves in LA, where they are filming the official video for the single. Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan are also gearing up for their first live shows together in over 11 years – they’re playing London’s Scala on August 1.
Chatting to Billboard, the group – jokingly referred to as the ‘Origibabes’ by some fans ¬– revealed they have written a song with Sia for the album, which is currently slated for release in early 2014.

Chart Facts
As the original incarnation of the Sugababes, Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan had four Top 40 hits on the Official Singles Chart. Their biggest was Overload, which hit Number 6 in 2000 and sold 165,000 copies. The last time the three of them were in the charts together was with Soul Sound in July 2001 – it reached Number 30.Post-Siobhan, Mutya and Keisha (was joined by Heidi - JEF) went on to have ten Top 40 hits together, including four Number 1s: Freak Like Me, Round Round and Push The Button. Push The Button was the biggest hit for this line-up, spending three weeks at the top and selling 460,000 copies.
It was Mutya’s turn to leave the nest at this point, making Keisha the sole original Sugababe, alongside Heidi Range and Amelle Berrabah. This incarnation would also have ten Top 40 singles together and actually scored the biggest suga-hit – About You Now was Number 1 for four weeks in 2007 and has sold over 520,000 copies.
The Keisha-free version of Sugababes have since managed two Top 10 hits. Their last appearance on the Official Singles Chart was with Wear My Kiss, a Number 7 hit in March 2010.

The Sugababes star and DJ have teamed up with Nightcrashers for new dance single 'Love Is All We Need', which will be released in the UK later this summer.
"The song is basically about love as you probably can tell from the title!" Berrabah explains in the behind-the-scenes clip.
"I just wrote about love at first sight - when you see someone and you're instantly attracted to them."
She added: "The video concept is almost me and Adam narrating exactly that - two people bumping into each other."
It marks the trio's first collaborative single and the first from Berrabah since the Sugababes went on hiatus back in 2011.
The star is currently working on her own solo material and has worked with seasoned and up-and-coming producers for the collection.

Sugababes Heidi Range, rock wife Jo Wood and Boyzone singer Shane Lynch will be among the 16 celebrities taking part in this year's Celebrity Masterchef.
Stars including journalist Janet Street-Porter, comedian Ade Edmondson and ex-Corrie villain Brian Capron will be battling to impress judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace.
Also rolling their sleeves up when the series returns to BBC1 is Olympian Phillips Idowu, Mercury Music Prize winning rapper Speech Debelle and boxer Joe Calzaghe.

Here come the girls: Heidi and Jo will battle with Katy Brand and Janet Street-Porter in Week 1
Torode and Wallace will be giving the famous contestants six challenges over two days as they fight for a place in the Friday night quarter finals.
In Week 1, Heidi, Jo and Janet will by in the kitchen alongside comedienne Katy Brand.
Week 2 will features Ade and Phillips making recipes with ex-Coronation Street star Denise Black and Cold Feet actor John Thomson.

The third week will include Brian, Shane, comedienne Shappi Khorsandi and Countryfile presenter Miranda Krestovnikoff, while Week 4 will feature boxer Joe, Speech, comedian Les Dennis and former cricketer Matthew Hoggard.
After the last series of Masterchef was relegated to a 6pm slot, this year its back on primetime BBC1 over the six week series.
The show will see four groups of four celebrities taking part in the opening heats on Wednesdays and Thursday, with one going home during the latter.

On the Friday episodes, the stars will put their best two courses forward to win over three guests judges, in addition to John and Gregg.
This year will see 2011 champion Lisa Faulkner (and girlfriend of John), 2011 winner Phil Vickery and finalist Andi Peters returning to judge the dishes.
The final two weeks of the series will feature eight contestants, whittled down to three grand finalists, who will battle it out to become this year's Celebrity Masterchef champion.

Executive producer for the BBC, Carla-Maria Lawson, says: 'The return of Celebrity MasterChef to this BBC One peak time slot sees thrills and spills and some extraordinary cooking from our line-up of well known faces.
'In this series, the contestants enthusiasm in their pursuit of the MasterChef trophy is palpable, often inspiring and sometimes very very funny.'
The new series of Celebrity Masterchef starts on BBC1 on July 31.

Sugababe Amelle teases new single, video: can she find solo success?
Love Is All We Need will be the lead single from her first solo album
Amelle Berrabah has unveiled a new teaser video for her forthcoming solo single, which explains some of the thought behind 'Love Is All We Need'. It's about love, you see, and how it's all we need.
The Sugababe and now solo singer previewed the music video with the good folks over at DigitalSpy with some clips of how it was made. She also talks about how her label has given her complete creative freedom on the album.
Amelle explained: "The song is basically about love as you probably can tell from the title!"
"I just wrote about love at first sight – when you see someone and you're instantly attracted to them.
"The video concept is almost me and Adam narrating exactly that: two people bumping into each other."
We're not sure about the track, mostly because it sounds like a low-rent Kelly Llorenna song, but it might grow on us in time. It doesn't seem like this will be the track to establish her career away from the girlband.
