At her peak she was in the shape of her life as part of the Sugababes in the late 90s.
But once her time in the limelight was over Keisha Buchanan went from being slim built to a more curvy figure.
However, the 28-year-old is now back and in better shape than ever - and she doesn't mind telling the world about it on Thursday.
Fighting fit: Keisha Buchanan showed off her amazing body as she boasted about her toned body on Twitter on Thursday
Keisha showed off her amazing new physique on Twitter as she boasted about how fit her toned body is.
The pop star tweeted a photograph of her in her underwear with the caption: 'Morning!!! #workouttime #fitfresh #tinywaist #hips #boobs #butt #teamhourglass #letsgetitladies.'
Hiding her face with the sleeve of her pink dressing gown, the singer stood proudly in matching black lingerie with her six pack on show.
Changing form: Keisha had piled on a few pounds in 2011 but was much slimmer back in 2003 during her Sugababes peak
Keisha is looking healthier than she ever has thanks to a huge amount of fitness training she had done preparing for new group Mutya Keisha Siobhan.
The three original members of Sugababes, who joined forces first time over fourteen years ago, spoke candidly on their reunion to Ponystep magazine.
Keisha said: 'I remember sitting on my coach watching Mutya being interviews on 'Lorraine' just after I'd left the Sugababes, and Lorraine said "you might as well call Siobhan and get the original band back together." I could see Mutya thinking "perhaps". That was the start.'
'After that I facebooked Siobhan and we said we should meet up,' Mutya added.
The originals: The Sugababes, pictured in 2001, were made up of Mutya Buena, Siobhan Donaghy and Keisha
Although before the three ladies could even think about creating new music together, there were some problems to work out.
'Me and Siobhan had to sit down and have that conversation before anything else,' Keisha admits.
'There were a lot of things misconstrued over the years and we weren't in a good place. But we reached an understanding and were able to move forward.'
Now, the group is ready to leave their troubles behind and reveal they are releasing a new album next year, though it might be a little different from the sound they created fourteen years ago.
'I think it's a step up from the first album,' Mutya explains. 'I just hope people will enjoy it. Actually, I know people will enjoy it!'
Flash forward: Keisha attended the wedding of Siobhan recently as the pair have put aside their differences
