The feisty trio, now called MKS, have thanked Facebook for sparking their unlikely reunion – and a round of peace talks.Stormy singer Keisha Buchanan, 28, said she and redhead Siobhán Donaghy managed to bury the beef that led to Siobhán quitting the original line up 11 years ago.
She said the answers their other band mate Mutya Bueno, 27, gave during a TV interview sowed the first seeds for the trio’s comeback, helping to broker a peace deal.
‘Me and Siobhán had to sit down and have that conversation before anything else,’ Buchanan said.
‘There were a lot of things misconstrued over the years and we weren’t in a good place. But we reached an understanding and were able to move forward.
She said the truce first started ticking over in her mind after Mutya appeared on breakfast TV. ‘I remember sitting on my couch watching Mutya on Lorraine, just after I’d left the Sugababes.

‘Lorraine said “You might as well call Siobhán and get the original band back together”.‘I could see Mutya thinking “Perhaps”. That was the start.’
Mutya revealed: ‘After that, I Facebooked Siobhán and we said we should meet up.’
Like their smiley Sugababes replacements – Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen – the original troop say they’re learning to smile and will shake the attitude a decade on.
‘They (band managers) tried to (media train us), but as soon as we got on to camera we forgot everything we’d been told.
‘We’d go into interviews with faces like thunder,’ said Keisha.
Donaghy, 28, told Ponystep magazine: ‘Back then, we weren’t even moody.
We didn’t realise you have to smile or you look aloof when you’re on TV.’
Buena is promising fans big things, now they’re back together.
She said: ‘It’s a step up from the first album. I hope people enjoy it – actually I know they will.’
