Never Leave You" is a song recorded and performed by British grime vocalist, Tinchy Stryder. The song, written by Taio Cruz is the fourth single from Stryder's second studio album, Catch 22 as a 4-track maxi-single on August 2, 2009[1] and then as a regular CD single on August 3, 2009[2] in the United Kingdom. It features guest vocals by Amelle Berrabah, a member of British girl group, the Sugababes and received airplay on many radio stations in the UK including BBC 1Xtra.[3] "Never Leave You" has also reached "The A-List" on the BBC Radio 1 playlist.[4] The music video was released on Stryder's official website on June 24, 2009.[5] On August 9, 2009, "Never Leave You" debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart it was preceded and succeeded by "I Gotta Feeling" by Black Eyed PeasNever Leave You" is a midtempo R&B-Hip-Hop song with Grime influences. The song was originally picked to be Stryder's first single from his album Catch 22, but Number 1 was choose instead. The song was Amelle's first solo release outside of pop group Sugababes.[7] The song became Stryder's second number 1 hit with his album Catch 22, it also became Amelle's first number 1 single as a solo artists.

The song appeared in many different collection albums, including R&B Love Collection Summer 2009, it was also featured on Now That's What I Call Music! 74.

On the surface 'Never Leave You' is about Stryder telling a girl how he's going to be with her forever, but beneath the surface its sentiments are directed towards his original fans, his East London roots and to grime music.[8] According to the producer Fraser T Smith, "it's a song about success and staying true to yourself
