Our brand new drama series STEFFI is so right now - it's here. Get a first glimpse of STEFFI and her world, meet her family, her boyfriend and her friends - and follow her on her journey into the mad, crazy world of overnight fame.

It features an all star cast which includes Jamal Edwards (Owner of SBTV & YouTube Star) in his first major acting role with debuts from Jasmine Breinburg (star of Danny Boyle's Olympic Ceremony), Jade Ewen (SUGABABES). Lee Boardman (ITV's Great Night out) stars as QUENTIN, the shark like PR agent who's circling STEFFI with Michael Nardone (ROME, BBC/HBO) and Sharon Duncan Brewster (TOP BOY, C4) as her Mum and Dad.

If you fancy wrapping your eyes around something new, or your parents are hogging the telly, then upcoming YouTube drama STEFFI could be just what you've been waiting for.

Telling the tale of Steffi (obvs) a teenager whose life changes overnight when she is propelled into the world of fame and stardom, the series - based on bestelling novel The Overnight Fame of Steffi McBride by Andrew Croft - is set to take the web by storm in six bite sized episodes.

You might recognise some of the names attached to the project too - SBTV's Jamal Edwards makes his acting debut for example, while Sugababe Jade Ewen (yeah, the one who recently accused Rita Ora of sleeping her way to success) also stars in the show, which premieres this Friday on YouTube channel ThisIsDrama.

Music buffs might want to take note aswell, because the series features an original UK urban music soundtrack from Wiley AND a title track from Becky Hill - that loud one from the last series of The Voice UK, remember?

TRAILER: Jamal Edwards and Jade Ewen star in new online drama Steffi

Jamal Edwards and Sugababes Jade Ewen are set to feature in a new online drama called Steffi, which follows the life of a girl from a south London estate. It is also the acting debut of Jasmine Breinburg – who had a starring role in the Olympic Opening Ceremony 2012 – who is playing Steffi.

Owned by Emerald Films who also credit on Waterloo Road and Hollyoaks, the series is based on the novel The Overnight Fame of Steffi McBride by Andrew Croft and is about main protagonist Steffi who is lucky enough to make a name for herself and be catapulted in stardom after experiencing overnight fame.

The series will be exclusively on YouTube on the ThisIsDrama channel and starts on 15 March.

Last week I took some fashion portraits of Heidi Range. We went for a simple look for the shoot, with a retro feel, aiming to capture Heidi’s charming character. I chose a turquoise background because I thought that it would compliment Heidi’s skin tone and bring a fresh, spring feel to the images. See some edits from our shoot below…

'Some manage to sleep their way to success': Splash! star Jade Ewen hits back at Rita Ora’s Eurovision remark

Sugababe Jade Ewen has got her claws out in response to a comment Rita Ora made apparently referring to her.

The Splash! star tweeted: ‘Easy to mock when you are enjoying success. Eurovision and splash? Proud of both Some manage to sleep their way to success some have morals.’

Her retort came after R.I.P singer Rita said: ‘Imagine! If I'd stayed, it would probably have been all over for me. At best, I'd be a contestant on that diving show…?' Splash!? Yeah, Splash! I love that show.’

Jade is referring to outrageous claims made by Rob Kardashian back in December that Rita had cheated on him with ‘more than 20 dudes.’

At the time a spokesperson for the star told MailOnline that she was not prepared to comment.

The famous Kardashian sibling said he was 'disgusted' with the How We Do singer.

'She cheated on me with nearly 20 dudes while we were together... But I mean 20?!!!!' he tweeted in the early hours of Monday morning.

Minutes later Rob continued with his tirade against the star, writing: 'How can a woman who is so busy trying to start her own career have time to be with so many dudes while in a relationship?!'

And he added: 'I am actually disgusted.'

Jade took offensive to Rita’s comment because she represented the UK in the Eurovision song contest in 2009.

She performed It’s My Time composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber and came in fifth place, which was the UK’s highest placing since 2002. 

During a hiatus from her band, Jade then took part in Olympic diver Tom Daley’s diving show Splash!.

Rita recently revealed that she took part in Eurovision: Your Country Needs You!  when she was 16 but decided it wasn’t for her.

Singer Heidi Range supports breast cancer campaign

Sugababes singer Heidi Range has revealed to HELLO! Online that she has an ambition to play Eponine in Les Misérables. "I'm not just jumping on the bandwagon because the film came out," she said. "I've absolutely loved it as a kid and it would be a dream come true."

Heidi, who is promoting an early detection campaign for charity Breast Cancer Campaign, is currently in talks about West End shows and TV projects.

For now, the singer is happy to spend time working on a cause close to her heart. Heidi has joined other famous faces including artist Leah Wood, comedienne Olivia Lee, designer Zandra Rhodes and model Leah Weller to pose for a photoshoot in which they wrote their own breast cancer awareness messages on t-shirts.

Heidi chose to write the slogan 'Too Young for Breast Cancer?' and stick love hearts on her t-shirt. "Everyone was just enjoying themselves making their own little designs, and then we had to stand by the hairdryers to dry our t-shirts before the shoot," she laughed.

Special praise went out to photographer Caroline True. "Even I get self-conscious sometimes doing a shoot but Caroline was great," said Heidi. "She just put some music on and got us all dancing so that was really fun. It wasn't so posed. I think the pictures really captured the spirit of the campaign."

The charity aims to get mothers and daughters talking about breast cancer awareness this Mother's Day and to encourage each other to check for symptoms.

"It's really good to raise awareness, especially with girls my age," said Heidi. "You don't really think about these things but it is important to check regularly as the earlier it's detected, the better the rate of recovery."

She decided to work with the charity after a close family friend was diagnosed with the disease. "Because I saw how hard it was for her and her family, I decided to get involved," she explained.

The singer has been promoting the cause for the past two years. "Anything they want help with, I'd be more than happy to get involved,” she says.

Whenever I see tattoo kits for sale, my interest is piqued. I’m of course an artist, but I’m also a collector of tattoo supplies and tattoo machines. I’m a fan of the art and of the history of the art. Usually I don’t pay too much attention to the new stuff, but even the new stuff will be classic someday. So I do often look at what’s coming out on TheLaShop.com.

 I want to make sure to stay on top of the latest technology. I do find it fascinating when there’s stuff there that mirrors exactly some technology from way back in the day. As the art transforms and progresses, it also stays the same. In some ways. I love collecting, I love the people you get to meet while collecting, the stories you get to hear from guys who’ve been doing it for way longer than I’ve even been alive. I hope that someday I get to talk, as an 80 year old, to some young whipper snapper who just started getting into tattooing. I’ll tell him, son, I’ve been tattooing for 65 years, I’ve learned a thing or two. Then I’ll impart upon him my great wisdom, and he’ll hang on my every word. Something about that thick grey beard that gets people to listen to what you’re saying. I think it shows that you’ve spent less time worrying about physical appearance and more time thinking about life and about how best to lead your life and what you want out of it I suppose I should start growing my beard now so it can be down to my waist by then. That’ll really show how wise I am. Just wouldn’t want to start talking about shaving advice, because then no one would listen! And that would be a shame, since I have so much wisdom to impart!
