Jade at the Vashi Annual Diamond Party
THE VASHI ANNUAL DIAMOND PARTY
Published on 14 Nov 2014
"Celebrities flocked to diamond jeweller Vashi Dominguez’s party in Mayfair after the generous host gave away over £150,000 worth of diamond jewellery.
Jeweller Vashi Dominguez said: “I wanted to put on a party to thank all my celebrity fans of my jewellery and give them back a little something for all the support they have given me in the past year, it was the least that I could do, and it is nearly Christmas after all.
“I’m so happy to see how excited everyone was to select diamond jewellery from my collection, that in itself made it all worthwhile.”
One onlooker at the party said: “I’ve never seen a VIP room that was so packed, everyone was patiently waiting their turn to go and visit the gifting room and once inside it was worth the wait. There were trays of diamond jewellery that were worth a fortune and each celebrity was told to take their pick from the items on display.
“The party was held in the early evening and guests started arriving as soon as the doors opened at 6.30pm. It’s unusual for celebrity guests to arrive so early for an event but clearly they didn’t want to miss out on this opportunity.”
When they were inside waiting to go into the gifting suite, guests were treated to Mahiki and Coco Mojo cocktails and mingled in the bar."

Amelle and Soccer AM crew join cast of stars on charity recording of All Together Now
On the 100th anniversary of the Christmas Day Truce, during World War One, which inspired The Farm’s 1990 hit All Together Now, many of the UK’s biggest music stars have united as The Peace Collective, to re-record the song.
And the Soccer AM crew are proud to have taken part in the record as well!
The new track features a backing choir of schoolboy footballers from the Premier League and German Bundesliga. All profits from the release will go to the British Red Cross and the Shorncliffe Trust.
The new recording has been produced by Simon Britton, and executively produced by Suggs (Madness) – who produced The Farm’s original version – and Mick Jones (The Clash).
Stars who appear (as well as the Soccer AM gang) include Alexandra Burke, Clean Bandit, Gorgon City, Dionne Broomfield, I Am Kloot, Amelle Berrabah (Sugababes), The Proclaimers, Holly Johnson, Gabrielle, David Gray, John Power (Cast), Jane McDonald, Jona Lewie, Shara Nelson (Massive Attack), the winner of The Voice 2014 Jermain Jackman, and The Farm themselves,
Take a look at the video here and try to spot even more famous faces!
Peter Hooton, lead singer of The Farm, said: “I wrote All Together Now about the extraordinary events on Christmas Day 1914 when British and German troops took part in an unofficial truce, singing Christmas carols, exchanging gifts and even playing football.
"It was a spontaneous act of humanity that transcended the horrors and barbarity of World War One and is a story which still resonates 100 years on. It is a story of hope and peace which should be told over and over again. I'm so very proud that so many artistes from all styles of music and the football authorities have come together to promote peace and reconciliation this Christmas and raise funds for the brilliant work carried out by the British Red Cross and Shorncliffe Trust.”
